This section describes how we handle data specifically within our mobile applications, including the app EventFleetNG.

EventFleetNG app

The EventFleetNG application („EventFleetNG app“) is developed by NetBrothers GmbH („NetBrothers“) and operated by SafeDriver Group GmbH („SafeDriver“). When you use the EventFleetNG app, we may collect the following types of data:

Device identifiers (for push notifications)
Personal data (limited to names, gender, e-mail address and phone number), if you have shared it with SafeDriver, may also be transferred to the EventFleetNG app.

Purpose of Data Collection in EventFleetNG

The data collected within the EventFleetNG app is used for the following purposes:

to show the users (drivers) their driving assignments,
to allow the drivers to send status updates about their assignments to the dispatch team, e.g. if the have successfully completed the assignment,
to improve the app's performance and user experience,
to send essential notifications, i.e. new assignments, job updates and cancellations.

Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not share personal data collected through the EventFleetNG app with third parties unless:

it is necessary in order to provide the app's core services and
you have given explicit consent or
it is required by law.

Data Retention

Data collected through the EventFleetNG app is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law.
